Mieka is currently unable to process international orders. We apologize for the inconvenience.
RETURNS
Simply put, if you are not satisfied with your purchase for any reason, you may return it. New unworn merchandise will be refunded in the same manner it was paid for (minus the original shipping charge). If you choose to use the enclosed pre-pad UPS return label a fee of $5 will be deducted from the price of the garment.
EXCHANGES
Exchanges are part of our simple FREE exchange process. Just request a replacement on the enclosed return/exchange form and use the FREE pre-paid UPS return label to send your item(s) back. Exchanges are always subject to availability at the time your return is received and processed. If you are afraid the item you need is going to sell out, you can always place a now order rather than request an exchange during the return process or call us to put the item on hold tor you.
HOW FAST WILL I RECEIVE MY ORDER?
Remember to add 2-3 business days processing time in addition to shipping time when calculating expected delivery date. Mieka ships exclusively via UPS. Typically orders are shipped in 1-2 business days from date of your order. Our goal is to deliver 100% of our orders m 7 business days or less regardless of where in the U.S. you live, even with UPS Ground service.
